Max Payne Shoots the Taurus Judge:

Taurus International has stepped up the promotion of their number one selling gun the Taurus Judge by getting a featured spot in the movie Max Payne which is based on the popular video game. The Judge enjoyed massive sales success for Taurus in 2007 and they have listened to customers request for use of a more powerful shot shell for the Judge. The engineers at Taurus responded in 2008 with the release of the Taurus Judge Magnum and to kick start promotions for the new Magnum Judge edition they stuck a deal with Remedy Entertainment to have Max Payne played by Mark Wahlberg use the Judge Magnum as a back up weapon and get it featured in the first gun fight scene in the movie.

The Scene:

Max Payne is at train station and decides go and use the rest room. On his way to the rest room he passes three junkies on a bench and one starts to eye his watch. When he goes into the bath room they follow. On entering the rest rooms the three thugs sees Max take of his expensive watch before he washes his hands and places it on the edge of the sink.

The three thugs walk up behind him and the leader ask Max to get "his" watch back. Max says sure come and get it and he sends one of his thugs to get the watch while he points a .38 revolver at Max Payne's head..the nervous thug going to retrieve the watch ends up knocking the watch of edge of sink and noise of the drop distracts the gun man and max is able to disarm him.

When Max takes his gun he was about to shoot him but then he looks at the .38 like "what is this a joke ? " he then tosses is over his shoulder into the sink and pulls out the Taurus Judge Magnum from the holster in his lower back. The shear aggressive appearance of the Judge sends his would be attackers running for their lives.

One of thugs runs in to bathroom stall and close the door to hide. Max uses the Judge to blow the hinges of the door.

Terrified he runs under the stall to the next stall and Max uses the Judge again to blow the of the door once more this repeated till the thug gets to the 4th and last stall.
